The location is convenient and absolutely perfect, close enough to all shops & places to eat, and the Toms River, you cannot beat it.

Free and satisfactory breakfast, best ever had, with breads/pastries, hard boiled eggs and also good coffee. Comfy and absolutely perfect location to seaside was a plus.

Loved my stay. It was a good standard hotel in a very very nice area, close to beach areas, boardwalk and beach, and the Toms River. The breakfast at the front desk. Updated and modern room with towels, I had a very good stay. The staff was attentive, very professional, and everything was fine.

The hotel was clean with affable staff, it was an enjoyable base for resting.

Booked it for 1 day and had a very nice experience. The staff were all pleasant, and the room was big with a jacuzzi. The hotel was in a favourable location near all shops & places to eat and Tom's River or Manchester, NJ.

I was happy, the twin/double room I booked came with a jacuzzi and queen beds, for example. The location was incredibly comfortable, near the ocean, it's a plus.

The hotel was impressive and comfy, I thoroughly enjoyed its very hospitable staff. The twin/double room I got was brand-new. The property's location was reasonable and perfectly comfortable, near the shore.

The building is nice and the rooms are updated with queen beds, a jacuzzi plus the a/c. It has marvellous, favourable setting, near to all shops.

The breakfast offered was free and satisfactory with rice and breads/pastries, as for instance. Liked our rooms with a jacuzzi❤

Better choose this place to stay when in Toms River. It's a fabulous base for resting. Many thanks to affable and outstandingly accommodating staff for providing us with a really really nice stay. The breakfast is good at the front desk and the location is convenient.

Hopefully the room was modern and updated with queen beds and the a/c, for instance. I was offered a free breakfast at the front desk. The setting of hotel was nice and reasonable, right on the beach. Moreover, it's right by Toms River, Close to the boardwalk, and restaurants.

As for me, it's a cool place to stay in Toms River. This affordable hotel offers a huge variety of brand-new and neat rooms. The staff are extremely helpful, managed the parking on site.

I was happy with hotel's particularly good and peaceful location close to the shore. Everything was perfect, neat room with a jacuzzi. The staff was excellent, took good care of everyone.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and secure at the Avon Hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful, especially the front desk agent, Angelica. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the fridge was a convenient addition. The location was ideal, and the breakfast, although limited, offered delicious waffles.

We felt most welcome at the Avon Hotel and had no complaints about our stay.
